AffiliateSpy.io Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By joining the AffiliateSpy.io Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating. AffiliateSpy.io reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Program Overview

The AffiliateSpy.io Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to AffiliateSpy.io through unique affiliate tracking links. Participation in this program is free and subject to approval by AffiliateSpy.io at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. AffiliateSpy.io reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application for any reason, and to terminate any affiliate account at any time without prior notice.

3. Affiliate Obligations

As an Affiliate, you agree to the following:

(a) You will promote AffiliateSpy.io in an honest, ethical, and lawful manner and will not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about AffiliateSpy.io or its products.

(b) You will clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with AffiliateSpy.io in accordance with FTC guidelines and any other applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

(c) You will not engage in any activity that could harm the reputation, brand, or business of AffiliateSpy.io.

(d) You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned through the Affiliate Program.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions:

(a) Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase any AffiliateSpy.io product or subscription for yourself, your business, or any entity you own or control. This includes purchases made using alternate accounts, email addresses, or payment methods.

(b) Paid Advertising on Brand Terms: You may not bid on or purchase ads (including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other paid advertising platform) that target the keywords "AffiliateSpy," "AffiliateSpy.io," or any close variations, misspellings, or trademarks associated with AffiliateSpy.io.

(c) Cookie Stuffing: You may not use any method to artificially set or force affiliate tracking cookies on users without their knowledge or genuine intent to visit AffiliateSpy.io.

(d) Spam: You may not promote your affiliate link through unsolicited emails, messages, or any form of spam. This includes bulk email campaigns to purchased lists, automated social media messages, and any other form of unsolicited communication.

(e) Incentivized Traffic: You may not offer cash, points, rewards, or any other incentive to users in exchange for clicking your affiliate link or signing up through it, unless explicitly approved in writing by AffiliateSpy.io.

(f) Misleading Domains or Impersonation: You may not register domain names that include "AffiliateSpy" or any confusingly similar variation, nor may you create websites, landing pages, or social media profiles that impersonate or could be mistaken for official AffiliateSpy.io properties.

(g) Software or Browser Extensions: You may not use toolbars, browser extensions, adware, malware, or any software that injects, replaces, or overrides affiliate links or cookies.

(h) Coupon or Deal Abuse: You may not create, distribute, or promote unauthorized discount codes or coupons in connection with AffiliateSpy.io. Only officially issued coupon codes may be shared.

(i) Trademark Violations: You may not use AffiliateSpy.io logos, trademarks, or brand assets in any way not expressly authorized in writing.

5. Commissions and Payments

(a) Commission rates, structures, and payment terms are determined by AffiliateSpy.io and may be changed at any time with reasonable notice. Current commission details are available in your affiliate dashboard.

(b) Commissions are earned only on qualifying sales from new customers referred through your unique affiliate link. Commissions will not be paid on refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.

(c) AffiliateSpy.io reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions if any transaction is found to be fraudulent, in violation of these terms, or if the referred customer requests a refund within the applicable refund period.

(d) Payments will be issued according to the schedule and minimum payout threshold outlined in your affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

(e) AffiliateSpy.io reserves the right to implement a reasonable hold period on commissions to account for potential refunds or chargebacks before commissions become payable.

6. Tracking and Attribution

AffiliateSpy.io uses tracking cookies and other technologies to attribute referrals. Commissions are only credited for referrals properly tracked through your unique affiliate link. AffiliateSpy.io is not responsible for lost referrals due to users disabling cookies, using ad blockers, or any other technical issues beyond our control.

7. Termination

(a) Either party may terminate this affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

(b) Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement will immediately cease. You must remove all AffiliateSpy.io affiliate links and promotional materials from your properties.

(c) Any pending commissions that have met the minimum payout threshold will be paid out according to the standard payment schedule, provided no terms have been violated. Commissions earned through prohibited activities will be forfeited.

(d) AffiliateSpy.io reserves the right to immediately terminate any affiliate account suspected of fraud or abuse, and to withhold all unpaid commissions pending investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

AffiliateSpy.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AffiliateSpy.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program, your violation of these terms, or your promotional activities.

10. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or agency relationship between you and AffiliateSpy.io. You are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your own promotional activities and tax obligations.

11. Modifications

AffiliateSpy.io reserves the right to modify these terms, commission structures, or any aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the affiliate dashboard or via email. Your continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where AffiliateSpy.io operates.
